Energy‑Site Inspection

Two quadruped intelligent inspection robot dogs, namely Jiuzhang‑Sentinel and Yunbao, are custom‑deployed for energy‑related scenarios including hydropower stations, substation premises and power tunnels.
Boasting powerful terrain‑adapted travelling capacity, the Sentinel model adapts to rugged and complicated zones such as equipment gullies, multi‑storey staircases and cable interlayers. The wheel‑foot‑type Yunbao model is designed for flat‑ground areas like factory main roads and power‑distribution rooms to carry out frequent and rapid patrol‑based detection.
Equipped with standard‑grade payloads including visible‑light and thermal‑imaging dual‑optical gimbal, gas detector and fire‑fighting assemblies, the whole‑unit robot is capable of round‑the‑clock (7×24‑hour) collection of multi‑dimensional data, such as ambient temperature and humidity, equipment surface temperature, and concentrations of flammable and harmful gas. With the support of edge‑based AI algorithms, it can autonomously identify hidden dangers including pipeline medium leakage, equipment overheating and circuit abnormalities, and push real‑time early‑warning alerts. It delivers unmanned one‑stop operations covering automatic inspection, risk notification and initial‑stage fire handling.

Value

  • Avoid high‑risk operation risks for staff. It replaces human workers to conduct inspections in confined equipment zones and toxic‑leakage‑prone areas.

  • It performs 7×24‑hour non‑stop inspection. Its patrol speed and coverage far exceed manual work, shortening the inspection cycle.

  • Visible‑light, thermal‑imaging and multi‑spectral sensors work jointly to precisely capture equipment defects, trace‑quantity leakage and other hard‑to‑detect hidden dangers overlooked by human eyes.

  • Full‑dimensional inspection data is automatically saved to build digital archives, supporting equipment operation‑and‑maintenance analysis and accident traceability.

  • Modular payloads support fast switching to accommodate routine inspection and fault disposal, cutting procurement costs for multiple types of equipment.
